I have lived in Waltham Forest for over five years. I am passionate about equity of opportunity for all. This has led me to work as a Research Director for a large research agency, understanding how government policy in employment and welfare is affecting the people it is aimed at.

This experience has given me a deep understanding of the importance of the role that schools play in supporting positive, long-term outcomes and the challenges that they face. I'm really excited to be working with the school and Governors to help them to deliver their aim of making sure all children at Whitehall have the best possible experience and are prepared for their next steps after leaving the school.
